We provide 121 Coaching sessions for any member of the organisation.  The Coach will facilitate a process that will enable the individual to assist with many barriers that are affecting issues such as their performance, confidence, time management etc.

 This service can also provide a supportive approach to facilitate change and development following appraisals and can help the individual to gain a better understanding of the barriers that may be preventing them from working effectively.


We provide Mediation sessions for anyone within the organisation. The Mediator will independently facilitate meetings between two individuals, groups or departments, to find the best resolution to conflicts or communication barriers. 

The aim is to bring about a clearer understanding and perspective to each of the parties to assist them to find a win- win solution.
